Lutterworth U15s 36 v 5 Rugby Lions U15s

The Lions travelled up the road to neighbours Lutterworth which ended with Lutterworth winning comfortably. The Lions didn’t start well and were 12 points down after 20 minutes. The defence kept Lutterworth at bay with George Williams, Tom Findley and Declan George making try saving tackles. Several times Lutterworth came close only for the Lions to get their bodies in the way and prevent the ball from being grounded.

The second half started better for the Lions as they managed a few attacks themselves. Tom Fuller at prop impressed with his work rate. The Lions finally scored when George Williams weaved his way through their defence to score. Lutterworth themselves scored further tries to put the game out of sight.
